Bauhn Wake Up Clock Lets You Wake Up to the Sun (A Trending ALDI Find)

Bauhn Wake Up Clock

Waking up next to a smart alarm clock instead of a phone is one of the best switches you can do today. Aldi sells new-age smart alarms that also work as a lamp without the old-school jarring noise. This week, I found their latest clock, the Bauhn Wake Up Clock.

They are available on the Aldi Finds. It looked so cute on the shelves, so I grabbed one for my son. He loves to add different kinds of mood lights to his room. It was a perfect gift for him. The soothing light and the cute compact sunlight-themed design look fascinating, to say the least.

Bauhn is a private label under Aldi. They sell unique modern gadgets, especially their smart alarm clocks and computer equipment, which are famous among Aldi customers. I own one of their charging alarm clocks and we loved the easy functionalities. Let’s see how the new clock works for us.

Meanwhile, let’s learn more about the Bauhn Wake Up Clock and see if they are a good deal.

Bauhn Wake Up Clock

The Bauhn Wake Up Clock is now available as an Aldi Finds at just $12.99. It works as a wake-up sunrise simulation in your room.

The “Time/ Dimmer” button functions as the sleep timer, and the dimmer option adjusts the brightness of the light. Press or hold the “Alarm” button until time flashes. Use the “Up/Down” buttons to set the time, and press “Alarm” to finish. The “Alarm On/Off” button is used to turn on and off accordingly.

The Bauhn Wake-Up Clock measures 5.91 in L x 1.97 in H x 4.02 W. It requires 2 AA batteries, which were not included in the package. Moreover, the clock can also be plugged in and comes with a cord.

The soft light gradually increases brightness 30 to 60 minutes before your set time. It fits into your place as a showpiece decor, reading light, mood light, or alarm clock lamp.

It has dimming settings so you can set it as high or low as you like. These sunlight lamps are suitable for heavy sleepers. My son said the soothing light made him sleep faster on the first use. When the alarm is about to go off, the clock slowly turns warm white, which helps him wake up early.

Although the light looks delicate, it has a sturdy wooden base for everyday use. You can use it only as a light by turning off the alarms.

Alternatives to Bauhn Wake Up Clock:

Finding an exact dupe of this was difficult. However, I found some of the best Amazon alternatives similar to Aldi’s Bauhn Wake Up Clock.

Here’s the Te-Rich Sunrise Alarm Clock. It features an artificial sunlight simulation to wake up. Comes with dual alarm settings, Night Light, Snooze, 7 alarm sounds, and 7-5-2 modes. The clock is suitable for both kids and adults.

Secondly, we have the Dekala Sunrise Alarm. This sleep aid alarm clock is designed for everyone, but especially for kids and heavy sleeper adults. We get 7 color-changing lights; you can choose from blue, indigo, purple, red, orange, and yellow.

You can have a look at the  Geuuap Wake Up Light Alarm. This premium sunlight clock comes with all the advanced settings. You get 25 built-in soothing sounds, 17 night lights, and the ability to play your music via Bluetooth 5.3, among many other features.

Is it a Good Deal?

The Bauhn Wake-Up Clock is a great deal for $12.99 only. Personally, we also just bought our first one. However, I am quite confident about the durability of Bauhn’s products.

So, considering other overpriced and similar clocks, it is a steal for me. Help yourself, and visit your nearest Aldi store to save the bag before it disappears from the shelves.

Have you ever used the Bauhn Wake-Up Clock? Comment below your experiences so it will help other readers make a decision.
