It is a cost-effective and engaging option for kickboxing enthusiasts and beginners alike. It says on the package that it is suitable for kids above the age of 6.

This trainer stands 5.8 feet tall and includes six light-up targets, which provide electronic scoring and sound effects for an immersive training experience.

It’s designed with three game modes, Training, Knock Out, and Speed Bag, which allows users to tailor their sessions to different goals and skill levels. Its adjustable speed and skill levels make it versatile for users of different ages and fitness levels. The light-up targets add a playful yet challenging element to the workout, suitable for enhancing focus and coordination.

The base can be filled with either water or sand for stability, making it sturdy enough to handle vigorous hits. A 50lb bag of play sand, available at home improvement stores for around $7, is a popular choice for filling. You should use a funnel to fill up the bag quickly.

While the trainer is beginner-friendly, basic knowledge of kickboxing techniques is essential to prevent injury. Proper form and fundamentals are critical to ensure a safe and effective workout. Ensure you or someone else ensures the child is aware of forms to avoid injuries.

Whether you’re looking for gear to help build strength, improve agility, or manage kids’ stress, this product offers a fun and functional solution.

Alternatives to Crane Kickboxing Trainer

The Crane Kickboxing Trainer is launched as an Aldi Find, which might be problematic as good Aldi Finds will sell out soon. The Crane Kickboxing Trainer already has many fans, and many were looking forward to getting the Trainer. They may be sold out, and you may not find one. If it happens, and you are still looking forward to buying one, then I have some interesting alternatives that you can check out:

The first alternative you check out is an Inflatable Punching Bag by Ajsemyt. It is a similar freestanding black punching or kickboxing bag to our Aldi Find. It is made of PVC and has five marked hitting points. You can fill the bag with either water or sand.

Another alternative is the Kids Punching Bag from Fitenese Store, 63” or 5.2 ft tall and a little shorter than our Aldi Find. It is also black but has a Dinosaur Ninja print on it, it is made of PVC material in color but has no fixed hitting points. You can use either water or sand to fill the bag up.

Is it a Good Deal?

Yes! The Crane Kickboxing Trainer is a great deal to grab this holiday season. This is the perfect gift for the kids this Christmas.

Remember, if you are giving it as a gift, I suggest you also provide them with a bag of sand and funnel to make it a more holistic gift.
